Adverse Event Safety Reporting

If you believe that you have experienced any medical side effect or reaction from an SMPA investigational or commercial product, you should consult your physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional immediately. You can also report this to us directly by calling our Medical Information department at 1-800-739-0565.

Any content related to a medical side effect or reaction to any SMPA investigational product may be removed from this page. SMPA may contact you directly to follow up regarding your experience. Additionally, any personal information that you provide may be processed in internal SMPA databases and sent to regulators.
